This Cancellation & Return Policy explains your rights and our obligations in accordance with EU Regulation 2011\/83\/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR \u2013 EU 2016\/679). Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products. These include goods manufactured or customized to your specifications, sealed items such as software, cables, or hardware components that have been unsealed after delivery, and digital content (such as firmware, downloads, or activation codes) once the download or activation process has started.
